If you find yourself unhappy with our services for any reason during the first 30 days of your account creation, send us an email requesting cancellation and a refund. We will refund you through whichever method you originally paid us.

The refund will include all money you have paid minus any amounts for registering domain name(s) on our behalf. Your domain name(s) continue to be your property which we will help transfer to your new website provider.
